I partnered with the social media team at AFL, to develop a video strategy that would boost recruitment efforts and highlight AFL’s standout workplace culture. The result was a three-part video series that gave prospective employees a genuine look inside the company—through the voices of the people who know it best.

Short-form videos featuring current employees sharing why they chose AFL, why they stay, and what they love about working there.
Why AFL
A standalone reel combining testimonials from various employees answering the question “Why AFL?”—spotlighting shared values like teamwork, growth, and workplace satisfaction.
Career Journeys
Personal stories from employees who advanced or transitioned into new roles within AFL, showcasing internal mobility and growth.
